The City of Spokane Valley selected MT-LA to facilitate a master planning process with a sand volleyball association and other stakeholders to create a vision for the renovation of 7.9 acre Browns Park.

The master plan included the development of a sixteen-court tournament sand volleyball complex, new splash pad, new play area, walking path, new shelters, restrooms, parking and sport courts. The first three phases included the sand volleyball courts, splash pad, basketball court and utility improvements. The final phase with new accessible playground and shelter was constructed in 2021.
