The Kendall Yards neighborhood showcases an integrated mixed use community, with a distinctly urban style. Designed to be pedestrian oriented, Kendall Yards provides easy access and connectivity to surrounding neighborhoods and downtown Spokane. The Nest plaza at Cedar Street and Summit Parkway provides a gathering space for the community with spectacular views of the Spokane River Gorge. MT-LA was responsible for all aspects of the plaza’s design from concept through construction documents.
