MT-LA was selected to compose the 2019-2025 City of Richland Parks and Recreation Master Plan which govern and identify progressive guidelines to meet community level of service for the entire city’s park inventory. MT-LA conducted the park inventory and analysis of existing City of Richland Parks inventory and administered the public outreach efforts, including open houses and online survey. In addition, MT-LA included a demand and needs analysis, capital improvement plan, and financing plan, for the city staff to have the resources available to approach budget estimating and grant funding.
