MT-LA was selected by the City of Spokane Parks and Recreation Department to lead the public outreach visioning and master planning processes for the Southeast Sports Complex on Spokane’s South Hill.  

Public workshops and open houses were held to collect input and votes on the most desired features to guide the overall park vision. Our staff also met with stakeholder groups that included: the Southgate Neighborhood Council, Breakers Soccer Association, SYSA and the neighborhood land use committee. 

MT-LA completed phase one design and construction administration for the neighborhood park, street and trail improvements.
