MT-LA provided master planning and design services for a new section of the Centennial Trail from Monroe Street to the Sandifur Pedestrian Bridge and Summit Boulevard in Spokane. Mike Terrell was responsible for coordination between the City of Spokane Parks Department, City of Spokane Art’s Commission, the Design Review Board and Greenstone Homes and Neighborhoods, to develop the trail plan.

MT-LA was a sub-consultant on the multi-disciplinary team which developed the master plan for Spokane Valley’s Appleway Trail and executed construction design and administration of the first two phases of the trail.

Veteran’s Court Park is a small City of Spokane park located on the north side of the Spokane River, adjacent to downtown. MT-LA worked with the City of Spokane to develop the park, which now links the downtown portion of the Centennial Trail in Riverfront Park to the new Kendall Yards portion of the trail. Located within the shoreline buffer zone, MT-LA led the full SEPA and shoreline permitting process, allowing development of the trail.
