MT-LA was selected to design the plaza for the top of a Combined Sewer Outflow tank in downtown Spokane. We developed the design for the plaza that includes:

• Maintenance Access

• Plaza for Events and Food Trucks

• Amphitheater and stage for performances.

• Walls and drainage.

• Custom enclosure for electrical equipment.

• Landscape and irrigation

MT-LA worked closely with City of Spokane engineering staff, neighborhood and the selected artist.
