MT-LA designed the entry, common, and community spaces for this 55+ community in Liberty Lake, WA. MT-LA approached programming of the spaces tailored to the age group of the community. Active spaces were designed to engage the residents and guests, including the following amenities: pickleball court, community garden, access to the centennial trail, and outdoor group seating areas with trellis. The planter areas adjacent to the Riverside Lodge are planted with “cocktail” ingredient plants for social gatherings. MT-LA designed the logo branding for the community identity and entry gate style.
